You start with a pistol and $500. Every kill pays, and the counter opens between waves so you can buy bigger guns. You can carry two at a time.

- Spitter, lobs acid from range
- Bloater, explodes, shoot it early
- Riot, armored body, aim for the face
- Screamer, enrages the horde, kill it first
- Stalker, nearly invisible, dodges your aim
- Spider, fast, tanky and vicious, from wave 10
- Four bosses take turns every fifth wave
